Cancellation Policy:

Due to the personalized nature of our products, order cancellations are not possible once production has commenced. I allow a two (2) hour window to cancel your order immediately following the placement of your order. I strive to begin processing your order promptly to ensure timely delivery, and custom prints cannot be resold or restocked. Therefore, please carefully consider your purchase before placing an order.

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or there is a mistake on our part, please contact me immediately. I will work diligently to rectify the situation and ensure that you receive a satisfactory resolution.

Please note that any requests for refunds, returns, or exchanges related to damaged or erroneous orders must be reported within [3] days of receiving the shipment. After this time, we may not be able to accommodate your request.
